Challenge: Jaguar wanted to develop a comprehensive ownership program that would make the Jaguar ownership experience as luxurious as their vehicles.
Solution: With such a sophisticated audience the program needed to be a very individualized program, one that sincerely made each owner feel special as opposed to being lumped together in a "marketing program." The result: "Uniquely Jaguar". The program materials were luxurious and emphasized the lifestyle of owning a Jaguar. The materials were housed in a casebook and included a program guide, membership card and a custom CD featuring jazz music.
